In this mini-symposium geared to gardeners, bee expert Dr. Kimberly Stoner, Associate Agricultural Scientist, Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station, delivers the keynote address, Beyond the Honey Bee – Native Bees of Connecticut.

Rich Palmer Jr of Sam Bridge Nursery & Greenhouses talks about Plants for Pollinators  and offers 20% off any $30 purchase at Sam Bridge of pollinator plants from list provided for attendees.

Representatives from the Savannah Bee store in Westport will offer sample honey tastings and more.
