Each year the Bruce Museum sponsors two outdoor festivals that feature original work by some of the best artists and craftspeople from around the country. The Crafts Festival in May is regularly held one week before Memorial Day. The Arts Festival is regularly held in October on Columbus Day weekend. All artists are present thoughout each entire weekend and all works are for sale.

Festival hours: 10 am – 5 pm

Admission: $10

Members and children under 5 are free.

Festival parking: Island Beach parking lot, Steamboat Road, Museum Drive

32nd Annual Outdoor Crafts Festival

Come and enjoy the Bruce Museum's 32nd Annual Outdoor Crafts Festival. More than 70 crafts artists from all over the country, many of them new to the show, will be on the Museum grounds to show you and discuss their work. Fine contemporary crafts including ceramics, wearable and decorative fiber, glassware, wood kitchenwares and furniture, jewelry and so much more are all available for purchase. There will also be demonstrations, family craft activities, and delicious food.

Featuring fine contemporary art including painting on canvas, board and paper, drawings, prints, mixed media, sculpture and photography as well as demonstrations, family art activities, a children's drawing contest and delicious food.
