The Bruce Museum is pleased to offer its galleries for your next meeting or event.

 

Equipped with state of the art audo and visual systems, our unique spaces are the perfect setting for your meeting, presentation, workshop, cocktail party, dinner, or small reception.  Make your event stand out with one-of-a-kind backdrops of art and science.


Rental Areas Available and Capacities:

  • Entrance rotunda and Bantle Lecture Gallery with state of the art audio-visual equipment and adjacent kitchen. 
  • The Bantle Lecture Gallery features changing exhibitions and can accommodate a maximum of 80 persons for a seated breakfast or dinner and 125 persons for a presentation or cocktail reception.
  • The entire gallery floor including the above spaces and all art and science galleries can accommodate a maximum of approximately 250 persons.

Corporate Rate:

$1,500 (Bantle Lecture Gallery and Entrance Rotunda)

$3,000 (All Galleries)

Non-profit Rate:

$750 (Bantle Lecture Gallery and Entrance Rotunda)

$1,500 (All Galleries)

Price quotes are based on 3-hour evening rentals. Base prices for rental fees includes Museum security and maintenance staff, use of Museum chairs, tables, audio-visual equipment and a Steinway piano.

The Museum has a list of approved caterers from which the renter can choose. All vendors, including florists and musicians, must comply with all applicable Museum rules and regulations.
