Let us host your birthday child and guests. (Ideal for children ages 2-12 years.)
The base fee for a party is $650, and $520 for members at the Friends and Family Level and above. For all birthday parties scheduled for after July 2025, the base fee will be $715, and $570 for members.
Current Bruce Museum Members at the Friends and Family level or above receive 20% off their party reservation!

About our Birthday Parties:
- Birthday parties are an hour and a half long and take place in a private room in the Cohen Education Wing. Included in the birthday party is a verbal, guided scavenger hunt and hands-on activity or craft led by a museum educator. The Youth and Family Programs Coordinator and Educator will provide a list of crafts/activities currently offered.
- The party fee includes up to 30 guests. This includes children and adults. We only allow a maximum of 25 children per party. Please plan accordingly as additional guests cannot be accommodated at this time.
- All party guests attending will receive admission to the Museum during the day of the event. Guests may explore the Museum before or after the event.
- At least one adult for every 10 children is required to attend. Adults who attend the birthday party must be present at all times.
- A signed agreement and a deposit of 50% of the total fee are required to book your date.
Time Slots: Parties can be scheduled for Friday afternoons (2:30pm–4pm) or Saturday/Sunday mornings (10:30am–12pm) or afternoons (1pm–2:30pm) (subject to availability.)
