In 2011, DDH was born when a friend of Ann's needed help with a move. Both Ann and her daughter Kate jumped at the chance to put their natural organizing abilities to use and help a friend at the same time. They realized how well they worked together and the amazing results they could deliver for people, so they made the decision to turn their passion into a business... and DDH was born!

As the business grew, Ann and Kate brought on more DDH organizers and started tackling larger, more complex jobs. In 2016 they were featured in The New York Times, which led to business expanding across multiple states. Business kept booming and due to their growth on social media, in 2022 their book, Love Your Home Again, was to rave reviews.

Ann and Kate have had national recognition on platforms like The Today Show, Good Housekeeping, Good Morning America, and others.

With the goal of regional and national growth, Ann and Kate chose to start the franchise process in 2024 and became a legal franchise offering in 2025!
