Children and their caretakes will learn what a self portrait is through the Museum’s collection, a story time and craft. Children and caretakers will explore patterns in artwork in this Bruce Beginnings. They will also create their own patterned animal they can take home. Children, ages 2.5-5, and their caregivers are encouraged to explore the museum’s collections and exhibitions through picture books and hands-on activities. Topics will rotate between art and science. This program is free with general admission, but space is limited. See the Visitor Service desk upon arrival to the Museum.
