The shellfishing season is here from mid-October through the end of May. Join the Town of Greenwich Shellfish Commission and learn how you can get involved in local recreational shellfishing, including Town Regulations, where Town beds are located, shellfishing safety, and what tools you will need. Depending on weather there may be a hands-on shellfishing demonstration, so come prepared to walk in the mud!

This program is free of charge and no reservations are required. Held at the Floren Family Environmental Center at Innis Arden Cottage, Greenwich Point Park, Old Greenwich, CT. No beach pass is required to enter Greenwich Point Park from November – April.
