Children and their caretakers will learn all about cicadas inspired by Jennifer Angus’s exhibition The Golden Hour, which uses hundreds of cicadas to create her artwork. A drop-in program designed for children aged 4 and up and their families. Participants will explore simple science concepts and subjects while partaking in fun, kid-friendly experiments, projects, and crafts inspired by the Museum’s collections and exhibitions. 

This program is free with general admission for adults and no advance registration is required. Kids are FREE every weekend, Saturday and Sunday until Sunday, September 8, 2024.
